NKX2-3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,397 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, CD40LG, and RAB3D. Each is linked with NKX2-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-3-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-3 versus CACNA1I in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX2-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX2-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
