NKX2-3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P12, RNU6ATAC29P, and TRIM51EP. Each is linked with NKX2-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-3-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P12 grouped by NKX2-3-low versus NKX2-3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX2-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX2-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
