Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, JNK2, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with NKX2-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-3-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-3 results are reported.
