Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKX2-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,559 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of stem cell population maintenance, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with NKX2-3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-3-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-3 results are reported.
