NKX2-1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,203 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH2, PXMP4, and WFDC2. Each is linked with NKX2-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-1-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-1 versus HRH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX2-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX2-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
