NKX1-2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX1-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,609 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX1-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAT, NXPH4, and SLC7A5. Each is linked with NKX1-2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX1-2-to-partner and partner-to-NKX1-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX1-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX1-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
