The most reproducible NKTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL810P, MIR153-1, and PCNPP4. Each is linked with NKTR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKTR-to-partner and partner-to-NKTR results are reported.
