NKD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, WASHC3, and BBS9. Each is linked with NKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKD1 versus CPED1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
