Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,246 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NKAIN1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Protein targeting to mitochondrion, and Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with NKAIN1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN1P1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN1P1 results are reported.
