Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NKAIN1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NKAIN1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher NKAIN1P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NKAIN1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where NKAIN1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
