Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,061 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3HAV1L, NOL10, and SOGA1. Each is linked with NKAIN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN1 results are reported.
