NIPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,590 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE3A, RTF1, and UNC45A. Each is linked with NIPA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPA1 versus UBE3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
