Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,593 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Regulation of translation at postsynapse. Each is linked with NIPA1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA1 results are reported.
