NINJ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NINJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NINJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P8, RN7SL248P, and AQP7P2. Each is linked with NINJ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NINJ1-to-partner and partner-to-NINJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P8 grouped by NINJ1-low versus NINJ1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NINJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NINJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
