Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NINJ1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NINJ1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NINJ1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NINJ1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and BRCA show a favorable association.

CESC, BRCA, and UCS are the cancer types where NINJ1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
