NIFK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIFK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIFK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL11, TBL3, and UTP4. Each is linked with NIFK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIFK-to-partner and partner-to-NIFK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIFK versus NOL11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIFK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIFK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
