NIFK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIFK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,857 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIFK-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, FANCI, and WDR43. Each is linked with NIFK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIFK-to-partner and partner-to-NIFK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIFK versus HROB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIFK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIFK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
