Across TCGA patient cohorts, NICN2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,432 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NICN2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell size, Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with NICN2P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NICN2P-to-partner and partner-to-NICN2P results are reported.
