NHP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,836 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, HNRNPAB, and LARP1. Each is linked with NHP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHP2-to-partner and partner-to-NHP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHP2 versus GEMIN5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
