Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL375P, MIR3661, and MIR367. Each is linked with NGRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGRN-to-partner and partner-to-NGRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL375P grouped by NGRN-low versus NGRN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
