NFYC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,956 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPU, PPIH, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with NFYC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYC-to-partner and partner-to-NFYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFYC versus HNRNPU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
