NFYC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNP4, SSX2B, and MBD3L3. Each is linked with NFYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYC-to-partner and partner-to-NFYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNP4 grouped by NFYC-low versus NFYC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
