Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NFYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYC-to-partner and partner-to-NFYC results are reported.
