Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFYC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,536 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytokinesis, Spindle midzone assembly, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with NFYC in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYC-to-partner and partner-to-NFYC results are reported.
