Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, PINCR, and OR2T33. Each is linked with NFYB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYB-to-partner and partner-to-NFYB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by NFYB-low versus NFYB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
