NFRKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFRKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,409 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFRKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AASDHPPT, DHX9, and FAM76B. Each is linked with NFRKB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFRKB-to-partner and partner-to-NFRKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFRKB versus AASDHPPT in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFRKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFRKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
