Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBID RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBID-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK8, FYB1, and WAS. Each is linked with NFKBID in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBID-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBID results are reported.
