NFKBID

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBID mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBID-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, ADK, and MTCYBP45. Each is linked with NFKBID in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBID-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by NFKBID-low versus NFKBID-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBID→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
