NFKBIB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and PCDH15. Each is linked with NFKBIB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIB-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by NFKBIB-low versus NFKBIB-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
