NFKB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFKB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH1, OR11L1, and ANGPTL5. Each is linked with NFKB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB1-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GH1 grouped by NFKB1-low versus NFKB1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
