NFATC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,806 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, PCOLCE, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with NFATC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC4-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC4 versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
