NFATC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,001 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT8D2, DNM3OS, and TGFB3. Each is linked with NFATC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC4-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC4 versus GLT8D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
