Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFATC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, MTFP1, and PHF5A. Each is linked with NFATC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC4-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by NFATC4-low versus NFATC4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
