Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFATC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,838 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFATC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Brain-derived neurotrophic factor receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NFATC4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC4-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Brain-derived neurotrophic factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by NFATC4-low versus NFATC4-high in OESOPHAGUS.
