Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC2IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFATC2IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2IP_S204, HIRIP3, and HIRIP3_S125. Each is linked with NFATC2IP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2IP-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC2IP versus NFATC2IP_S204 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
