Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFATC2IP RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NFATC2IP data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NFATC2IP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFATC2IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, COAD, and LGG are the cancer types where NFATC2IP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
