Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,362 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFATC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMH, LYL1, and LPXN. Each is linked with NFATC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC2 versus GZMH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
