Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFATC2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NFATC2 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NFATC2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFATC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

UVM, LUAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where NFATC2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
