Across TCGA patient cohorts, NF1P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,554 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NF1P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with NF1P6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1P6-to-partner and partner-to-NF1P6 results are reported.
