Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NF1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NF1P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher NF1P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NF1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.

KICH, BRCA, and DLBC are the cancer types where NF1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
