NEXMIF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEXMIF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,594 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXMIF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGN5, TPI1_S80, and UCK1_S253. Each is linked with NEXMIF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXMIF-to-partner and partner-to-NEXMIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEXMIF versus HMGN5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEXMIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEXMIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
