NEXMIF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEXMIF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXMIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18, STC2, and ANKEF1. Each is linked with NEXMIF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXMIF-to-partner and partner-to-NEXMIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEXMIF versus KRT18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEXMIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEXMIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
