NEXMIF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEXMIF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXMIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with NEXMIF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXMIF-to-partner and partner-to-NEXMIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by NEXMIF-low versus NEXMIF-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEXMIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEXMIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
