The most reproducible NEXMIF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blood vessel morphogenesis, Regulation of body fluid levels, and Regulation of monoatomic ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with NEXMIF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXMIF-to-partner and partner-to-NEXMIF results are reported.
