NEXMIF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEXMIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXMIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO25, SEPSECS, and ABCB7. Each is linked with NEXMIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXMIF-to-partner and partner-to-NEXMIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO25 grouped by NEXMIF-low versus NEXMIF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEXMIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEXMIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
