NEUROD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,020 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, TRIM2_T371, and ZFC3H1_T766. Each is linked with NEUROD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD6-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD6 versus TRIM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.14.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
