NEUROD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,871 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM3, ARHGEF26, and MAP4K3. Each is linked with NEUROD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD4 versus NPM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
