NEUROD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are THRB, C19orf47, and PKN3. Each is linked with NEUROD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THRB grouped by NEUROD4-low versus NEUROD4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
