NES

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NES RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,287 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NES-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, NES_S680, and NES_S768. Each is linked with NES in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NES-to-partner and partner-to-NES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NES versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NES→partner) and Y-score (partner→NES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
