Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEPRO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEPRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, TRAJ5, and IGHD2-2. Each is linked with NEPRO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEPRO-to-partner and partner-to-NEPRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by NEPRO-low versus NEPRO-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEPRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEPRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
